Shipping locations- We currently ship only within Australia.

 Processing time- Orders are typically processed within1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time- Estimated delivery is typically 08-12 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the product, supplier, location and shipping conditions. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Order tracking- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect shipping address- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within7 days of the expected delivery date.
